Question : I wrote earlier I think my core temp got to elevated I have lupus and take sertrali e 200 mg bi also have stage 3 kidney failure. I didn't realize I was hot but I got over the top emotional. I have partial complex seizures and felt a violent headache. I thought something was wrong because I felt tremors. I felt confused but got into a cold shower. I'm now drinking water but I have cramps in my legs and a full headache. Should I go in to ER or what.

yes this definitely needs a workup.esp since you have lupus and you are on drugs.
it could be neuropsychiatric lupus or some side effect of drugs.
it's better to clear it.
