The shaking of the hand could be a nervous tremor or due to decreased fluid intake or a mild soft tissue swelling around the nerves in the axilla. This is a normal finding and usually subsides after taking adequate fluids and rest. The swelling will also subside with hot compress around the axilla.
You need to self monitor yourself for any muscle weakness or weakness or tingling in the fingers. In case any of such symptoms appear then do consult your surgeon for an examination.
