Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Tremors are usually benign with no prior history of any neurological illness or no other sign or symptom. FIne delicate work leads to essential tremors in many. To rule out any cause of pathological tremor from metabolic to neuronal causes, get her a baseline work up and complete examination, i am sure every thing will be clear. All would she need is some rest, some anxiety relief and some physiotherapy adaptations will help. Adaptive devices like heavy utensils, wrist weight, wider heavier writing tools etc. Reducing caffeine, soda, beer and other stimulants will help too.

I hope it helps. take good care of her and yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Regards
Khan
