Brief Answer:
Essential tremors/Anxiety

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.

If you would have presented to me as an outpatient, I would have told you that these tremors may be essential tremors.

I would suggest you to keep observing. If these tremors persist, a trial of propranolol can be given and observed for response.Clonazepam can also help. Please take medicines under guidance only.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
