Brief Answer:
Neurological examination required to reach diagnosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

There are three main neurological causes of such a presentation. They are Benign essential tremor, Parkinson's disease and Restless leg syndrome. A neurological exam would be required before investigating either because all three have different lines of management options. Blood counts and metabolic profile including blood sugar and electrolytes should also be done. Please consult a specialist neurologist in this regard.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
