Question : I was pushing a matress and felt multiple pops and a twisting sensation in my elbow. I'm in a lot of pain and doctor won't see me for few hours. do I ice or heat how do I support it while I'm waiting. Pain is up and down arm

Hello,
I have studied your case. You need to apply ice and not heat. Also do not massage or move your elbow. Just keep it steady. You can use arm pouch to keep elbow rested. Take Advil if pain is there.
