                                    Brief Answer:
Arrhythmia
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
Feeling of chest discomfort and twitching could be arrhythmia. Arrhytmias are nothing but irregular heart beat. The most benign form is when one drinks a lot of coffee or is stressed physcially or mentally.
I strongly suggest you to approach an emergency room and get an EKG done as soon as possible.
In the mean time
1. Do not engage in physical activities
2. Do not drive/travel
3. Do not have a heavy meal
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
Regards

I have monitored my heart beat its fine around 70-80 bpm
I believe it was trapped wind causing a bubbly feeling as know i woke up and my stomach was hurting i been toilet now feel light in stomach and the chest discomfort is no longer
Could gas/trapped wind do this?
Arrhythmia is that not when you heart beat goes up and down?

                                    Brief Answer:
Gastritis
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for getting back. Trapped wind usually causes bloating of the stomach and not chest discomfort. Chest discomfort is caused by gastritis.
Arrhythmia is not only heart rate going up and down but also change in the rhythm of the heart beat. I suggest you to see a doctor nonetheless as it is difficult to clinically differentiate them.
I start my patients on Tab Omeprazole once a day before food for 5 days for gastritis and most of them do well. I recommend the same to you as well
Regards
