Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
One possibility may be that you are having hemifacial spasm characterized by involuntary closure of eye with associated facial twitching or deviation.
Mild twitching of eyelid without any eye closure can be due to fatigue, stress and can be managed by calcium supplements.
Please upload any video if available for making accurate diagnosis.
Visit a neurologist for detailed examination and evaluation.
