Question : My left eye is twitching and not fully open. When I try closeing my right eye and opening my left it will not stay open it wants to close completely like my right eye. I have always been able to close either eye

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

One possibility may be that you are having hemifacial spasm characterized by involuntary closure of eye with associated facial twitching or deviation.

Mild twitching of eyelid without any eye closure can be due to fatigue, stress and can be managed by calcium supplements.
