Question : Hello, I have been taking 1mg klonapin for a year and I notice every time I take it my body starts twitching. I am wondering if this is a common side affect. Thank you

Yes Klonopin is known to cause muscle twitches.

Clonazepam is known to induce twitching in some individuals but this side effect is not very common. Reducing the dose will decrease it. You can reduce the dose to 0.75 mg and this should improve.
