Brief Answer:
Need proper evaluation with some investigation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Welcome to HCM.

Thanks for writing to us.

First of all, there is NO relation between tube tied and two period in a month. I am trying to give a treatment guideline.

According to above information, it indicates one type of dysfunctional uterine bleeding, called polymenorrhea.

There are several reasons related with above condition. These includes stress or psychological factor, hormonal imbalance, thyroid disorder, frequent ovulation as a result of hyperactivity of the anterior pituitary gland, endometriosis (uterine pathology) etc.

The possibilities can be narrowed by some investigation like ultrasound scan, LH/FSH, thyroid profile, STD profile, blood sugar, blood estrogen & progesterone level, urine examination etc. Kindly, consult with your treating doctor for proper guidance of these tests.

Treatment: Underlying causes should be treated in proper way. Progesterone therapy may be give according to test result. MIRENA could be helpful in this case.

Do some basic things as follows:

1) Avoid stress by yoga/deep breathing regularly 20-30 times at a time.
2) Take healthy diet with vitamin and iron supplements
3) Drink plenty of fluids/water and eat vegetables & fresh fruits.
4) Maintain personal hygiene and need adequate sleeping.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be happy to help.

Wish your good health in future.
