Brief Answer:
sialoith, lipoma, radiographs, surgical excision

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query and the picture.
As far as the purple lumps below the tongue is concerned, I have the following possibilities.
It can be a inflamed salivary gland duct openings secondary to sialolith or stones in the salivary gland ducts.
The other possible cause can be a lipoma with a erosion over the mucosal covering the lipoma secondary to trauma.
Nothing to be panic, consult a oral physician and get it evaluated.
I would suggest you to get radiographic investigations done such as an occlusal radiograph of the mandibular arch to confirm the diagnosis.

Once the diagnosis is confirmed it can be managed accordingly with surgical removal of the lesion.
I hope i have answered your query. If any queries are there reply me back.
Take care.
