Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I think the answer to your question ma'am should start with listing all the possible causes for bowel incontinence, so you can relate to any one cause. And if you do not, then it is the job of your doctor to find the cause resulting in bowel incontinence:

+Severe diarrhoea that results in incontinenece
+Emotional stress
+Gynaecological or rectal surgery in the past
+Chronic constipation
+Laxative use (long term)
+Bowel surgery
+Severe haemorrhoids
+Injury to nerves or muscles that are responsible to control the sphincter
+Rectal prolapse
+Chronic conditions that can increase the urge of passing your bowels, and also cause diarrhoea (e.g. irritable bowel syndrome)
+Spine abnormalities (that can cause a poor reflex)
+Injury to anal muscles (e.g. during child birth, anal intercourse)
and a few others.

So to find the cause, we need to go about a more detailed/elaborate evaluation, for which you need to visit your doctor. I hope you find my response helpful. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
