Brief Answer: allergic reaction. antihistamines Detailed Answer: Hi, thanks for using HCM. I went through the query and understood your concern. Since you are getting itching in both feet and also relieved with benadryl the most probable cause is allergic reaction. You can continue using it or can take an antihistamines like cetrizine or loratidine to relieve itching and also allergy. If severe itching you can apply topical steroids to relieve itching. With these keep away from any known allergens and clean the floor every day before bed by moping to keep away from allergens. Beddings should be sundried. These measures will help you. I hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask if any further queries and I will be glad to answer them. Wish you good health. Regards
