Question : I have mucus coming from my retucm like water not knowing it is coming uncontrolable

I am Dr.Klerida Shehu Gastroenterologist.

You are reporting to have mucous coming from rectum.
your symptoms may be related to:
- bowel infection
- anal fistulae or fissure
- anal incontinence

If you were my patient I would recommend to do :
- stool culture
- fecal ova parasites test
- colonoscopy or anoscopy and consult proctologist.

Meantime I would suggest to take probiotics and metronidazole for 7 days. Try to keep e good anal hygiene.
