Question : Is there a way to slow down the shakes after drinking? Something to eat or drink? I've had them off and on for years. Its hard to even write my name sometimes.

I am so sorry to hear about these shakes. Unfortunately, once started, they cannot be reversed. All we can do at this time is to follow up and make sure that it doesn’t get worse by eating healthy. Vitamin B1 is often used to prevent damage and aggravation of symptoms. Abstaining from alcohol will also limit further progression. However, reversing the shake is a daunting and very difficult task.
