Brief Answer:
Perhaps related to claustrophobia...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Symptoms that you describe does not seem to be related to any organic medical problem. Since you have history of claustrophobia and your symptoms are strongly in association with closed environment, it is mostly anxiety and panic that is triggering these symptoms. I would not be very worried with such transient symptoms; but will definitely suggest you to get it checked when you need your psychiatrist / treating physician during the next visit.

Hope this answers your query. Let me know if you need clarifications.
