What Causes Uneasiness In Knee Joints?

Question : I am observing uneasyness in my knee joints. If i stand for some time, I get the earge of knuchle cracking within my knee joints.

Kindly advise?

Recently i had checked for arthritis and the test results were negative. Can there be any other reason?

Hi,

Other considerations could include a torn meniscus or some damage to the soft tissue of the knee. In this case your doctor might need to obtain an MRI.

An orthopedist may also recommend arthroscopy to look inside the knee and clean out any debris which may be causing some instability.
