Question: 3 year old daughter have a one eye pupil bigger than the other .should we go emergency or why it happening?

Hi.....what you are quoting is unequal pupils, which is considered a very dangerous red flag sign as far as central nervous system or brain is concerned.

I suggest you immediately rush her to the nearest emergency room.

It is a sign of raised intracranial pressure or mid brain problem.

1. However she is- take her to the emergency room.

C. Seizures.
D. Severe headache or neck paid.
E. Weakness of hands or legs.
F. Breathing difficulty.
G. Excessive sleepiness.
H. Inability to wake up.
