Brief Answer:
It is actually a travellers diarrhoea.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

This is known as travellers diarrhoea which could be due to contaminated meals and liquids.

The drug you are taking (loperamide) is a antidiarrheal but not a GI antibiotic so it may stop stool frequency but will not control infection.

If you are suffering from flu with diarrhoea then I will recommend you to take Tab.Rifaximin which is very good antibiotic specially used to treat travellers diarrhoea along with probiotics like sporolac (lactic acid bacillus).

Also, take adequate amounts of water mixed with ORS (Oral Rehydration Solution) and juices to prevent dehydration and healthy home cooked food.

The above antibiotic is a prescription drug for which you can consult some local doctor or GP who will prescribe it.

I expect you to get better within 2 to 3 days of this antibiotic course with other supportive treatment.

Hope this information will help you.

Regards,
