Question : My husband has bruises on his knuckles and he has not hit anything. The bruises are actually in middle of his two middle fingers not on the knuckles but on the side. At first I though it was a sun burn but now I can see they are bruises.

There is nothing to worry.
It appears like a non specific contact dermatitis.
I would suggest him to use mometasone cream daily for 15 days.
It is a mild steroid and will take care of allergy.
He will get good response.
