Question : Numbness and muscle tingling in left jaw, left side of neck ,left arm and left leg. Last for a less than 2 or 3 mins. Leg feel like sciatica

You seem to be suffering from nerve compression in the spine in the neck and lower back.

You need to get xrays of the cervical spine and lumbosacral spine to confirm.

Take Tablet Pregabalin 75mg at night for a month for relief. Avoid using thick pillow and bending forwards.
