Question : hi my mother(61year) feels heavy and numbness towards the right side starting from head to toe and also her right leg has swellon up. please advice

Unilateral symptoms of numbness involving face and limbs requires evaluation for any brain lesion.
Is there any headache, vomiting, seizures, loss of consciousness, limb weakness, visual complains, fever, ear discharge?
You need to get her examined by a neurologist.
She may require brain imaging Mri or CT head.
