Question : I have pain on right side of body.starting from my right neck and shoulder to right side of hip. some times I can't rotate my neck properly in right side

Hi,
Thank you for query.

It seems like Muscle cramp.
Just apply Sumo spray for local application.
If pain is persistent after 2 days get an x-ray cervical spine done.
