1)Since,when you are having these symptoms?
2)Do you have these symptoms during sleep as well?In what posture-sitting,lying or standing?
3)Do you suffer from anxiety or depression?
4)Any other medical illness?
5)Do you have history of any addiction?Frequent alcohol intake?

Thanks yes since last week
And i feel it anytime am sitting and lying down
No am not suffering from that
Am not suffering from any midical illness
No i dont have any history on alcohol in take and besides i dont take alcohol

With this medical history,these symptoms are not suggestive of any organic disorder.It is most likely due to anxiety related or psychogenic.

Please start doing regular mental relaxation exercises like meditation/yoga/pranayama.I hope to see you improving in a few days.
