Unusual coloring and spots on penis head. I believe I noticed the reddish color about 4 hours ago. Concerned obviously. Pictures attached.

This is Dr V XXXXXXX Sr Dermatovenerelogist.
I have examined your picture and details.
This seems to have been caused by moisture and lack of aeration in the area. The skin in this area is thin and soft and therefore, responds to even gentle touching in the form of redness.
Following measures should help:
1 avoid soaps or any cleaning agents but wash the area frequently three to four times daily.
2 just take some anti allergic like levocetirizine which will help symptoms subside quickly
3 Be observant and record any adverse events that you notice.
4 Take good care of hygiene and ensure that your partner is not affected by any genital condition.
Investigations are not required as of now based upon the history provided.
It should work very well.

I have uploaded a new picture; can you evaluate again and provide your opinion. it appears to have stayed the same. When you look at the top of the penis head it appears to be partially wrapping around the head of the penis. It doesn't burn or itch. No lesions, but concerning. The slightly darker spot in the lower middle of the patch seems to just have occurred. I did apply hydrocortisone cream yesterday to area yesterday. Still concerned. Thank you.
