Brief Answer:
Gastritis
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
Coffee contains caffeine and milk, these two ingredients are known to cause gastritis. It irritates the lining of the stomach known as the gastric mucosa which causes the gastritis.
Here is what you should do
1. Avoid taking coffee or tea for the next one week
2. Tab Omeprazole once a day should be taken for a week on an empty stomach before breakfast
3. Try drinking coffee at the end of next week
If you are still facing abdominal pain then I recommend you to get evaluated with an endoscopy to rule out erosions
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
regards
