Question : I have upper abdominal pain, dry mouth, nausea, headache, chills and temp 96 degrees. Onset @ 4 hours ago. Is this an ER, or wait till morning and try to sleep?

To recapitulate: Female/52 - have upper abdominal pain - dry mouth, nausea, headache, chills, temp of 96 - 4 hours ago - wants to know whether to wait till morning or go to ER...

I think of ER for the following reasons:
All the symptoms are suggestive of an infection and it is better to get an early clinical evaluation and proper treatment ASAP so that the complications are best avoided.
