I understand your concern. As you are having pain persistantly,you need to rule out causes like GERD,peptic ulcer,esophageal varices.
I need more information to help you further.
Do you have pain after food?
Are you having nausea, bloating of abdomen frequently?
Do you smoke?

Meanwhile You can take Tab Esomeprazole 40mg twice daily before food.
Take sucrafil syrup 10ml twice daily.
