Hello and welcome
I appreciate your concern
Based on your description it's most likely related to gatritis / GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease). PPI like esomeprazole along with prokinetic like metoclopramide can be advised. Antispasmodics like hyosine butylbromide can also be advised. Most likely the pain will subside. If the pain persists despite this then an EKG can be advised primarily to rile out a cardiac cause.

Hello again.
The age and symptoms fit with GERD rather than a cardiac or pancreatic or musculoskeletal cause. GERD and dyspepsia are the most commonly encountered problem with such a presentation.
An ultrasound of the abdomen can nevertheless be advised to rule out the possibility of cholecystitis and pancreatitis. Serum amylase should also be done.
GERD can be caused by a number of triggers including diet e.g excessive chocolates, caffeine , spice consumption, hiatal hernia, NSAIDs, Alcohol, smoking, H. Pylori infection.

My stomach is starting growl now, i am starting to hear sounds from my stomach just like the past, a day before i forced my hand into my throat to puke right after eating because i felt uncomfortable, could that be one of the reason for this to happen? I do not eat chocolate much, nor caffeine, i do not drink alcohol, i used to smoke but not anymore.

Hello again
The gurgling sounds again indicate GERD. Its usually ascertained clinically and treated empirically. However, 24 hour ph monitoring can be used to confirm the diagnosis.
Yes, this involves significant manipulation of the throat lining and forceful vomiting can cause esophageal erosions leading to such symptoms.
