Brief Answer:
see chiropractor or physical therapist

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your questions. It seems like you have had many tests on your head and neck including MRI and CT. I can not see from your previous posts an indication for CT scan of the thorax. I do agree with Dr. Zografakis that getting a CXR and pulmonary function tests may be a good idea since you are having shortness of breath.
I suggest that you see a chiropractor or physical therapist for relief of your pain. Also taking a multivitamin and doing some dietary modifications may be helpful to you. Try cutting out all sugars, dairy and gluten as these can be irritating to the nervous system. Add additional vitamin C and some fish oil daily as well (at least 1000mg of alpha 3 omega acids). If these do not help then consult your doctor again.
Also make sure you are drinking at least 80 oz of water daily and avoid caffeine, nicotine and alcohol
If you develop fever and cough see your doctor right away
I hope you get some relief soon,
Dr. Robinson
