it is mostly GERD.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you are having GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) mostly.
It is due to laxity of gastroesophageal sphincter.
Because of this the acid of the stomach tends to to come up in the esophagus and cause the symptoms like burning chest pain, chest vibration, chest heaviness etc.
GERD is also causing micro aspiration. And this can also cause coughing. GERD is known risk factor for cough.
And your all symptoms are after eating, this favours GERD more.
I want to know few things about you.
1. Are you obese?
2. Do you have burping and burning sensation after eating?
3. Do you smoke?
