Question : Hi I have a pain in the upper part of my chest and when I take a deep breath it is worse. Also I have a pain in my chin. Could this signal a heart attack?

Chest pain which gets worse with breathing usually doesn't suggest cardiac problems. It is common for joint or vertebra problems. I would advise you to have vertebra X-Rays done.
