Brief Answer:
You should wait another few days.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

You should give some time ( approximately one week ) to see the effects of the epidural injection on pain.

Rest and antineuralgic drugs should be used during this time.

If there is worsening of pain after epidural, and MRI was done before the injection, a new MRI is necessary to evaluate any epidural injection adverse effects.

Discuss with your Doctor about these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Kind regards.
