Question : after masturbation why is my left upper abdomen just under heart is paining?

The pain in the left upper abdomen is obviously a referred pain.
The causes can be
Varicocele
Partial testicular torsion.
Blockage in the left epididymis.

This has and can be diagnosed with:
Clinical evaluation and examination by a General Surgeon or Urologist
Confirmation by ultrasonography and color doppler examination

These will give the probable diagnosis and its treatment will cure your pain.
