Brief Answer:
Need further evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
Cardiac pain is generally non localized, you can never pin point it with a finger. Cardiac pain first occur in chest & then it radiates to arm or neck. They do not occur independently.
Still to rule out any underlying cardiac disease you will need to do a test called Stress Echo. It is used to see how our heart behaves in stress condition.
If that is negative then risk of getting a heart attack in further is negligible.
So I'll recommend you to undergo that test & if that is negative, then you can stop worrying about any heart attack.
Thanks
Take care
