Question : I am experiencing pain in my upper right abdomen, have been suffering from acid reflux for past 2 days and have had some abdominal cramping when lifting leg recently. Should I go to the emergency room?

Pain in upper abdomen on right side - acid reflux 2 days - abdominal cramping on lifting leg recently...
All these symptoms are suggestive of an inflammatory lesion in the abdomen hence it is better to get a clinical evaluation, examination and investigations to be done to get the exact diagnosis making it possible to get the perfect treatment.
