Question : I have had mid lower back pain for approximately 10 days and I have had 2 days of sharp stabbing RUQ pain intermittent I had a lap Choley 5 months ago no nausea vomiting diarrhea or constipation

I read your question and i understand your concern. Back pain was well managed with corticosteroid pack as anti inflammatory agent. Along with it rest, posture rehab and avoiding weight lifting exercises are advised.

Recent right upper quadrant pain can be considered gastritis secondary to recent corticosteroids use. Take some pepto and nexium for that, use corticosteroids after meals. Nothing to worry about. Just comply with the medication use and take supportive care for gastric discomfort.
