Question : I have sever abdominal pain in upper right quadrant. No fever, pulse 61. Have had pain all day but it's gotten worse. I've taken antacids, Bentyl 20 mg x 3 . Prevacid, aspirin.

Based on the history you have shared, it seems as if you have tried quite some options already so it's better to get it evaluated properly by a detailed abdominal examination by your primary physician and ultrasound abdomen as well as blood workup with liver function tests and serum amylase. The pain can be due to gall bladder or liver so it should be ruled out. Meanwhile continue antacids and pain killers like tramadol and acetaminophen and avoid heavy, spicy, oily or greasy meals.
