Question : hi. i have had very bad upper stomach pain and diarrhea for almost a week. i go to the toilet around 5-6 times a day. most the pai is in my upper stomach. thank you My stool is very runny like water.

Having upper stomach pain and diarrhea for almost a week is related to stomach bug (acute gastroenteritis), most probably due to a viral infection. I suggest to : - drink plenty of water and take ORS to prevent dehydration - take tasectan for diarrhea - take probiotics to optimize intestinal flora Usually, the symptoms will be reversed within 10 days to 2 weeks.
