Question : have an urge to go pooh after having food.....urge disappears after passing a small gas...is it anything serious

Urge to pass stool after having food in common in collitis

Avoid junk, fermented, fried and spicy meals

Take a good probiotic twice a day for two weeks or so

See that the water that you drink is not contaminated

Nothing serious about it, but if probiotics do not work you might need to take some antibiotics
