Brief Answer:
Need to rule out urine infection...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

How long have you been dealing with this problem.

Your symptoms strongly indicate a possible urinary tract infection. An ureteric colic arising from a kidney stone is also a possibility. In this context, it is worthwhile to visit your doctor who can order an urine test and ultrasound scan.

In the interim, I will recommend you drink plenty of fluids. Cranberry juice / cranberry pills will also benefit you. Avoid unprotected sexual intercourse. You can also take pain medication like ibuprofen if you have no past allergies or kidney problems.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
