Need to investigate at what extent the tumoral mass is causing pressure...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
Your case:
- male 71 years old
- symptoms: don't feel like to urinate; pressing on the bladder to make yourself go
- personal history of drinking a lot; and CLL prostate
- tests done so far: PSA 0.1
- current medications: atenolol, flowmax, klonopin, Nplate for ITP; chemo every other week for CLL (possibly Chlorambucil)
Now, I am sorry for the health problems you are going through. Unfortunately, the actual urinary problems (blockage) you are facing are due to CLL prostate (prostate leukemia and lymphoma) and chemotherapy.
What is worse, you keep drinking a lot (I believe not alcoholic drinks). The presence of tumoral mass is causing pressure on the urinary pathways, making it difficult to pass the urine.
A further physical examination (digital examination) and ultrasound are recommended to evaluate the enlargement and possible urinary pathways.
All the best!
