Brief Answer:
need urologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello, It is concerning that you say you don't make urine lately. If you are really not urinating you need to go to Emergency for further evaluation. If you are urinating to some extent but just having the urge to urinate and finding it difficult to do so then you may have an enlarged prostate or other problem. You need to see a urologist as soon as possible. Urologists specialize in treat male urogenital problems and you need to see one as soon as possible.
Urinary retention is a common problem in PD patients and urologists are the best specialists to treat this problem
I hope you get some relief soon. Let me know if you have further questions

Brief Answer:
misunderstood PD

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Sorry, when I see PD I think Parkinson's disease not peritoneal dialysis.
It is good that you had blood work and CT that were normal but if you are feeling this urge then you may need to see a urologist to get a cystoscopy. That is a test to look into your bladder. The CT scan does not show everything and if this sensation persists then seeing a urologist to evaluate your bladder and prostate would be the next step.
