Brief Answer:
You may have prostate enlargement

Detailed Answer:
Good day and thank you for being with healthcare magic! Your symptoms are clearly a sign of prostate enlargement and prostate obstruction. Have you had a prostate checkup before?

An enlarged prostate causes impedance in the urine flow making it hard for you to urinate. Patients with abnormal urination also are more prone to get infection (UTI).

If you are unable to urinate now or just trickles of urine comes out then you should proceed to the emergency room for urethral catheterization to drain you urine.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications at: http://www.HealthcareMagic.com/doctors/dr-manuel-c-see-iv/66014 I would gladly help you. Best wishes.
