Brief Answer:
You should get an Ultrasound abdomen.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Lower abdominal pain on left side could be due to left sided ureteric stone, left ovarian cyst which got twisted, descending colon disease etc.
Ultrasound abdomen will give a clue.
Pain due to ureteric stone will radiate to the back too.
Please consult your doctor, get an Ultrasound abdomen and proceed accordingly.
I prescribe antispasmodic tablet containing Dicyclomine twice daily till investigations are completed.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
