Question : Sir Before marriage I used to regularly masturbate. and I stopped after marriage. for the last 7 to 8 years, after passing urine 3 to 4 minutes later urines drops leaks out. please help me out

I understand your concern.
Masturbation generally has no major adverse effects. So it is unlikely that anything has happened due to masturbation. Now, your symptoms look more like related to prostate if the problem was not present before as you have said. Though it is more common in older age, still it has to be ruled out.
Do the following-

Get a USG whole abdomen or lower abdomen(preferably KUB region) and Uroflowmetry done for prostate size and residual urine. If both are in the higher range, tamsulosin can be started after consulting with your doctor.
Get a PSA or prostate specific antigen done.

Get back to me with the reports and further treatment plan can be amanged or you can visit an Urologist.
