Darker urine for itself may be just sign of too low fluid intake. However, if there is associated odor then it may be sign of uroinfection, STDs or prostatitis. Also, some liver disorder may manifest on this way.

So first of all, you should drink more fluids, raspberry tea and get a simple urine analysis and check you liver markers, based on the findings, treatment can be initiated, if required.
