What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Having I Pill?
Question: I had unprotected sex on 8 th September . It was my 6 th day of cycle . I took ipill within 17 hours . I experienced bleeding after 7 days . On 30 th September I experienced little bleeding almost like spotting . It lasted for 2 days . My menstural cycle was due on 3 September. But till now I didn't get my periods . Is there any chance of me being pregnant ?

I-Pill is an emergency contraceptive pill containing high doses of hormone (progesterone) in it and prevent pregnancy by suppressing ovulation and may cause irregular cycle.
As in your case she had I-pill in 17 hrs. (Within 24 hrs.) it is 96% effective in preventing pregnancy.
You had sex in her safe period so it may further decrease the probabilities of her to get pregnant.
I-pill sometimes disturbed menstrual cycle and period may delay for a few days, but if she will overdue for 7 days for her menses, then she should go for a home urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. But as I said earlier the possibilities that you will be pregnant is extremely remote.

Today I tried home pregnancy urine test . It showed negative . So can I b sure now that m not pregnant ?
