What Causes Vaginal Bleeding After Having Unwanted 72 Pill?
Question: Hello doctor! I had sex with my GF (age 22yrs) on 9th December without ejaculting in her vagina. Next day on 10th December we again had sex. I gave her unwanted72 on 10 December. Now after 6 days, she is bleeding lightly. What is it? Is it sign of being pregnant? She had completd her periods on 8th December.

Doctor! If it is common then when the bleeding should stop??

Bleeding can be very mild and stop a day itself (more likely) or she can bleed as she does in her periods and might take 3-4 days.
In any case don't be anxious related to pregnancy but from next cycle onwards start using protection or oral contraceptive pill pack.

if everything is okay, then what is the date for her next period? and if periods dosn't come on time then what it means??is it pregnacy mark. sorry to disturb you doctor, but i am scared :(

In case she gets full flow then most probably she will get her periods around this time only.
But in case the flow is less then there are chances that she will get periods on her previous date itself.
This altered pattern of periods is common after ipill.
But in either case do a urine pregnancy test after 15 days from now to exclude pregnancy.
I know this pregnancy test thing must be sounding scary to you but there is no other way to exclude pregnancy other than this.
But main point is that chances of pregnancy are low because of the timing of intercourse (lack of ovulation immediately after periods).

thank you doctor. i pray for negative pregnancy test result but I just want to know if her pregnancy test results in positive then what is the first step to do? actually this is for my information only to provide her a good care without any delay.

At most places MTP Pill is not an over the counter drug and is available only on prescription and it has a specific pattern of intake
Kit consists of one large tablet to be taken at once and then after 48 hours of that take the rest of the tablets In kit which are four in number.
After taking full kit, abortion occurs anytime between 6 hours to 5 days.
But in few patients there can be an incomplete abortion or excessive bleeding per vaginum and in that case you have to visit a gynecologist.
