Brief Answer:
Detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.
Bleeding again after you have menstruate ,isnt normal .
This is called metrorrhagia and there are many causes that can lead to this issue:
Dysfunctional uterine bleeding
Malignancy
Trauma
Infection
Cervicitis
Endometrial polyps (type of Polyp)
Endometriosis
Uterine leiomyomas

But the most common cause is dysfunctional uterine bleeding(from hormonal imbalance ) and infection of cervix (cervicitis).
If bleeding is abundant and you havent no other symptoms like abdominal pain, vaginal discharges with color or foul smell ,infection is excluded.
If you have only bleeding as you are on periods most likely is to be a dysfunctional bleeding.
But to determine the cause of bleeding you should go for pelvic examination and other procedures like TVS .
After she /he will determine the cause of bleeding you can take the proper treatment.
To prevent anemia you should take much liquids, iron rich foods and iron supplements .

All the best and quick recovery.
